ŽDB Drátovna presented itself again, and after 6 years, at the specialized trade fair WIRE and Tube in Düsseldorf, Germany. Regular participation has been disrupted by recent turbulent years, so not only for us, but also for colleagues from the industry, the fair was an ideal place to make visible the results of our work in the past years and to present the visions of the company’s further development.
The fair itself has a 40-year history and is the largest of its kind with a focus on our wire industry and its associated fields. This year’s event lasted 5 days and was visited by more than 38,000 visitors. 1,500 exhibitors from 60 countries presented themselves on 67,400 square meters. As evidenced by these statistics, this year was the largest in the entire history of the fair. This fact alone shows how important this event is. A total of 162 meetings took place – 99 meetings with existing customers and 63 with new potential business partners.
